Job Title: Customer Support Advisor with Dutch
Role: As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for the customer, responding to various incoming requests, solving emerging issues, and you will be responsible for the following:
- Provide assistance via telephone, e-mail, chat and social media regarding the platform
- Listen carefully and understand customer needs
- Build a good relationship with the customer
- Participate in activities and meetings to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- C1 language skills level for Dutch and B1/B2 language skills level for English
- Good use of PC and online browsing
- Customer orientation and attention to detail
- High problem-solving capacity
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
