Job Description:
- Reach out to potential clients and build long-term relationships based on trust
- Identify key decision-makers and spark their interest
- Create and update training materials and internal guidelines
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues
- Cooperate with clients and stakeholders to ensure fast and effective solutions
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a BPO environment
- Good knowledge of supply chain management
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools (preferred)
- Excellent knowledge of German (C1) and good knowledge of English (B1)
- Proficient knowledge of MS Excel
- Analytical, problem solving and diagnostic skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time
- Good communication skills with internal customers
- Experience in dealing with customers will be an asset
- Experience in training and knowledge base development will be an asset
