We are a group of companies specialising in providing essential HR, Payroll, Accounting, and EOR (Employer of Record) services to small and medium-sized businesses. We are the "engine" that helps our clients run their operations smoothly, and were looking for a key person to join our team.

The role

Are you a natural problem-solver who loves talking to people? We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to be the "face" and "voice" of our company. You will be the vital link between our clients and our internal team of payroll and accounting experts. Your job isnt to calculate the payroll; your job is to manage the relationship and ensure our clients and their employees get the answers and support they need, when they need it.

What you’ll do

• Be the primary, day-to-day contact for a portfolio of our clients.
• Answer questions from both clients (managers) and their employees about their payroll, HR, or service.
• Partner with our internal payroll specialists to resolve client requests quickly and accurately.
• Onboard new clients and make them feel welcome.
• Handle issues with a calm, solution-driven, and professional attitude.
• Manage client expectations and (politely) push back when a request is out of scope.

What we’re looking for

• Fluency in both Polish and English (C1) is a must.
• You have experience in, or a strong knowledge of, HR, employment law, payroll, or EOR.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in a client-facing role, such as Client Service, Account Support, BPO, or Service Delivery.
• You are a "people person" and an outstanding communicator and listener.
• You are highly organised and can easily manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• You are a mature professional with a "can-do" attitude and a sense of ownership.
