For our Client - a global leader in Cybersecurity - we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist with Spanish.

Key responsibilities:

1. English and German speaking customer service (1st line IT/Tech Support) - email, chat, phone
2. Data entry into the system
3. Supporting the companys customers with cybersecurity basics

You are the perfect candidate if you:

1. Speak English and German at the C1 level
2. Have highly developed interpersonal skills
3. Want to develop in the area of professional customer service
4. Are communicative and enjoy working with people
