What we expect

• fluent in Norwegian and English (min. B2)
• other Nordic language (Danish, Swedish or Finnish) - minimum B2
• previous experience in customer service (min. 6 months)
• good knowledge of MS Office
• strong customer orientation
• effective business writing in a professional and friendly approach
• good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• knowledge of SAP is nice to have

Your tasks

• handling approximately 30-50 customer inquiries per day (telephone and e-mail)
• acceptance and processing transactions in SAP
• order status monitoring
• interface with other departments to resolve problems related to order to cash cycle
• achieve target goals for daily deadlines and monthly order quality
