Requirements

• Proficiency in German, Italian and English at a fluent level (C1) - mandatory.
• Enthusiastic and communicative approach.
• Willingness to embrace new challenges and opportunities.
• Strong teamwork skills with a focus on internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to business inquiries and incoming calls efficiently.
• Address customer questions related to products, promotions, orders, invoices, payments, returns, online platforms, incentives, and terms and conditions using available resources.
• Process customer requests and ensure data accuracy by updating our database regularly.
• Keep detailed records of all customer interactions in our ticketing system.
• Support the deployment and adoption of new IT solutions within the team.
• Develop and propose innovative ideas aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and experience.
• Collaborate with and support team members to help them build their skills and capabilities.
• Contribute beyond the scope of regular duties.
