Currently, for our client, leading airlines, we are looking for candidates with knowledge of English and German to work as a Customer Service Specialist.

• Working model: on-site / hybrid

• Level: Junior

Responsibilities:

• Recommending travel products, providing support
• Assisting customers to reserve and adjust flight booking transactions
• Very good knowledge of English and German (at least B2 level)
• Very good communication skills
• Willingness to develop
• Ability to work independently and in a team
