Currently, for our client, we are looking for candidates with knowledge of French for the position of Customer Service Specialist.

Project information:

• Location: Krakow / Warszawa - hybrid / remote work model
• Working hours: Mon-Fri 8-16
• Languages: English and French
• Type of employment: long-term contract of employment

Responsibilities:

• Providing support to customers
• Responding to general enquiries
• Cooperation with other departments to solve customer problems
• Very good knowledge of English and French
• Very good communication skills
• Willingness to develop
• Ability to work independently and in a team
