Our Client is an international manufacturing company with a strong market position and global operations across Europe, Asia, and America. The company offers excellent opportunities for professional growth, participation in international projects, and a collaborative environment focused on developing new skills and competencies.Due to a temporary increase in workload, we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist with English to support the team for 6–8 months.There is a possibility of extending the cooperation and transitioning to a permanent role, depending on business needs and project results. ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:
- Providing professional customer service and supporting customers throughout the order fulfilment process.
- Managing customer orders, including order entry, verification, updates, and monitoring order status.
- Handling customer inquiries, claims, and returns, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.
- Maintaining accurate customer and order data in internal systems.
- Working with SAP to process and update customer orders and related information.
- Cooperating with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth order execution.
- Identifying and resolving operational issues while ensuring high service quality and compliance with company procedures.
WYMAGANIA:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Order Processing, or a similar role.
- Practical experience working with SAP.
- English language skills at a minimum B2 level, enabling effective communication in a business environment.
- Knowledge of German will be an advantage.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Proactive attitude and ability to solve problems independently.
