We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our Client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible mainly for email communication with our clients, ensuring their inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about our services and address customer concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
- Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge of our services.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in SSC industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using email and customer service software.
