We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist with Czech language skills. The daily work involves order management, cooperation with KAM and sales representatives from the Czech Republic, as well as handling complaints and other issues affecting customer orders. Responsibilities
- Work as part of a Czech-speaking customer service team
- Order management: receiving, processing, verifying customer orders, and ensuring customer needs are met
- Ensure work complies with company standards, including proper document flow and communication related to orders and logistics
- Support key account managers and sales representatives in the Czech Republic
- Improve customer service procedures and workflows
- Handle complaints and other issues affecting customer orders, liaising with relevant stakeholders to resolve procurement issues
Requirements
Necessary Requirements
- Czech C1
- English B1
- Polish B1
- Elementary knowledge of customer service and order management
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SAP or similar order management systems
- 1 year of experience in order management or customer service
