YOKOHAMA CEE is a Polish subsidiary based in Warsaw of YOKOHAMA Europe, and is active in the import and export, sales and marketing of rubber tyres/hoses for motor vehicles.
Your Tasks
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Enter orders into the system
- Provide product information by answering questions and offering assistance
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Follow our customer engagement strategy
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Your Profile:
- Knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel
- BS/BA in Marketing or a related field of study
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Strong behavior and mindset in ownership, flexibility, and teamwork
- Fluent Polish and intermediate/advanced English
