YOKOHAMA CEE is a Polish subsidiary based in Warsaw of YOKOHAMA Europe, and is active in the import and export, sales and marketing of rubber tyres/hoses for motor vehicles.

Your Tasks

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Enter orders into the system
• Provide product information by answering questions and offering assistance
• Build strong relationships with customers
• Follow our customer engagement strategy
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Your Profile:

• Knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel
• BS/BA in Marketing or a related field of study
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Strong behavior and mindset in ownership, flexibility, and teamwork
• Fluent Polish and intermediate/advanced English
