Job DescriptionCustomer Service Specialist/ Demand Planner (temporary contract for 2 years)This is a great opportunity to join us as a Customer Service Specialist/ Demand Planner in our office in Gliwice. In this role, you will be responsible for building long-lasting business relationships with our leading clients from the automotive industry through daily communication in English. In this role you will: Analyze historical data to continuously improve forecast accuracy (past sales, trends, seasonality),Communicate changes in the demand plan to management & Supply Control Department,Collaborate with Supply Chain Engineering on best practices, working methods, supply chain optimization,Communicate with customers in English,Analyze customer orders and further process them,Solving day–to–day issues with customers,Create and maintain correct sales data in the system (SAP),Create sales and shipping documentation,Manage and coordinate customers’ transport and packaging,Active cooperation with the New Launch team with new projects(send parts outside of the system, manage customer portals – orders, deliveries, and others. Creating material master, scheduling agreements, giving input to IT team for EDI connection, etc.),Cooperate with other departments (Finance, warehouse, quality, new launch, etc.),Cooperate with custom agencies with export documents,Intracommunity sales of goods,Monitor and keep a high level of customer scorecards,Monitor and keep shipping costs (premium freights, packaging) on the optimal level.Required ExperienceWhat will make you successful: Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related,At least 1-2 years of related experience within the supply chain (Material Planning, Demand Planning, Customer Service, etc.),SAP (or the other ERP system) knowledge,MS Office knowledge,Fluent in English,Strong customer orientation,Outstanding verbal and written communication skills,Ability to work under time pressure,Team-oriented attitude. #LI-DNI
