The ideal candidate has experience working with Customer Service, Call Center or Contact Center or with similar tasks in a sales and distribution or logistics context. A good team player with a customer-focused mindset, ability to influence others with excellent communication skills, meets deadlines on time, and we expect you to master MS Office tools and English at a communicative level.
