Your Daily Tasks
- Providing the highest level of customer service (Chat/E‑mail/Phone).
- Answering incoming calls and meeting targets set by the customer and management.
- Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality.
What do we expect from you?
- Language: Proficiency in Georgian (C1/native) and English (C1).
- Experience: Preferred if you have experience in medical project.
- Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills.
- Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic.
