Customer service agent with Portuguese and English languages - Warsaw
Workplace: Warszawa
YOUR TASKS:
- answering emails in Portuguese and English languages,
- resolving complaints,
- providing customer service,
- informing about available services.
REQUIREMENTS:
- knowledge of the Portuguese at minimum B2 level,
- knowledge of the English at the minimum of B2 level,
- soft skills: patience, openness, independence,
- ability to work from Monday to Friday on two shifts: 9.00 a.m. - 1.00 p.m. and 1.00 p.m. - 5.00 p.m.
