We are looking for a Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) Architect to join our client’s team in Kraków. In this role, you will be pivotal in developing and implementing secure, scalable, and business-friendly customer identity architecture. You will lead CIAM and CIGA strategies, collaborate across departments, and ensure that client maintains customer trust while complying with industry standards.

Stack: CIAM, Zero Trust, IAM, Cloud, Security

Salary: 210 PLN net/h + VAT on B2B (negotiable based on experience)

Working model: Hybrid – 3 days per week in the Kraków office

Recruitment process: A call with the Motife recruiter, followed by 4-5 stages with the client.

• Develop and implement technical strategies aligned with client’s security and identity visions, based on Zero Trust Architecture.
• Collaborate with IT, legal, compliance, product leadership, and other departments to design secure identity systems.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Lead and participate in architecture reviews, design sessions, and cross-team projects.
• Conduct security assessments related to the customer identity architecture and manage risk mitigation efforts.
• Mentor junior engineers and analysts and contribute to ongoing security initiatives.
• Engage in strategic discussions, providing expertise on identity security for the organization.
