We are looking for a Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) Architect to join our client’s team in Kraków. In this role, you will be pivotal in developing and implementing secure, scalable, and business-friendly customer identity architecture. You will lead CIAM and CIGA strategies, collaborate across departments, and ensure that client maintains customer trust while complying with industry standards.

Working model: Hybrid – 3 days per week in the Kraków office

responsibilities :
Develop and implement technical strategies aligned with client’s security and identity visions, based on Zero Trust Architecture.
Collaborate with IT, legal, compliance, product leadership, and other departments to design secure identity systems.
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Lead and participate in architecture reviews, design sessions, and cross-team projects.
Conduct security assessments related to the customer identity architecture and manage risk mitigation efforts.
Mentor junior engineers and analysts and contribute to ongoing security initiatives.
Engage in strategic discussions, providing expertise on identity security for the organization.
requirements-expected :
Approximately 10 years of experience in technology, with expertise in networking, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
Proven experience in designing and implementing IAM, CIAM, and CIGA strategies.
Strong understanding of security practices, including authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle management, and integration services.
Experience with IAM protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OIDC) and secure software development practices.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Leadership skills in guiding enterprise identity initiatives and providing strategic guidance.
