Job Title:
Customer Advisor with Korean
Job Description
The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding clients product or services.
- Provide assistance to our premium clients, ensuring their journeys are comfortable.
- Assist partners in selecting flights, products, and payment methods.
- Navigate airline tickets with precision.
- Understand customer needs and resolve travel issues with a positive attitude.
- Build strong relationships with customers by guiding them through their journey.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Korean (C1) and English (B2 level).
- Helpful, enthusiastic, and patient.
- Active listener with good communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks.
