The Role

Customer Advisor – Norwegian Speaker/Norweski – Streaming

Job Description

As a Customer Advisor, you will handle B2B and B2C clients on inbound calls as first and second-line support, and provide assistance via phone, email or chat. You will also tackle contract and billing inquiries, perform outbound calls for administrative tasks such as gathering feedback or handling late payment calls, and deliver technical support for the streaming company.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

  • Address contract and billing inquiries thoroughly and efficiently.
  • Deal with outbound calls for administrative tasks (eg. gathering feedback or late payment calls).
  • Provide assistance via phone, email or chat.
  • Handle and process customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Deliver technical support for the streaming company.
  • Serve B2B and B2C clients on inbound calls as first and second-line support.

Ideal Profile

  • Fluency in Norwegian (C1 level or higher).
  • Fluency in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving.
  • Service-oriented thinking with focus on customer experience.
  • Min. 6 months of experience in customer service.
  • Performing soft selling and upselling.
  • Administrative and technical knowledge.
  • Previous Customer Service experience.
  • Skills for efficient navigation of the internet and MS Office applications.
  • Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
