The Role

As a Customer Advisor, you will help in purchasing airline tickets and handling different payment methods and more.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

  • The first point of contact for the customer, responding to incoming requests, and solving issues via Phone, Email, and Chat.
  • Helping customers with flight reservations, itinerary changes, baggage concerns, etc.
  • Participating in the improvement of service quality and customer satisfaction by providing insights.
  • Building good relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction.
  • Participating in specialized training.
  • Understanding customer needs and assisting in resolving issues.

Ideal Profile

Targeted Qualifications

  • Fluency in Danish (C1 level or higher).
  • Fluency in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous Customer Service experience is a plus.
  • Skills in internet navigation and MS Office applications.
  • Positive attitude and cultural fit.
