The Role

As a Customer Advisor, you will help in purchasing airline tickets and handling different payment methods and more.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities
- The first point of contact for the customer, responding to incoming requests, and solving issues via Phone, Email, and Chat.
- Helping customers with flight reservations, itinerary changes, baggage concerns, etc.
- Participating in the improvement of service quality and customer satisfaction by providing insights.
- Building good relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction.
- Participating in specialized training.
- Understanding customer needs and assisting in resolving issues.
Ideal Profile
Targeted Qualifications
- Fluency in Danish (C1 level or higher).
- Fluency in English (B2 level or higher).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Previous Customer Service experience is a plus.
- Skills in internet navigation and MS Office applications.
- Positive attitude and cultural fit.
