CST Industry Coordinator

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a comp & ben and/or customer support environment.
• Proven facility to develop a network of contacts, internal and external, for knowledge sharing.
• Proficient communication skills and ability to communicate effectively across different levels of the organization (internally and externally) with strong abilities to present and lead projects.
• Advanced presentation skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English (C1+ minimum).

• Experience in direct client contact / client service.
• Experience in people/project management.
• Continuous improvement approach.
