Your new role
As a CRM Implementation Specialist, you will lead end‑to‑end deployments of CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot). Your mission is to translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions, configure the system, support users, and ensure successful adoption across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
CRM configuration - customizing modules, workflows, automations, and integrations.
Requirements analysis - gathering business needs and translating them into technical specifications.
System implementation - leading full implementation cycles from design to go‑live.
User training - preparing materials and conducting workshops for end users.
Data migration - mapping, cleansing, and importing data into the CRM.
Testing & QA - preparing and executing test scenarios.
Post‑go‑live support - troubleshooting, optimization, and continuous improvement.
What you'll need to succeed
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands‑on experience in CRM implementation (minimum 2–3 years).
- Practical knowledge of at least one CRM platform (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Strong understanding of business processes in sales, customer service, and marketing.
- Experience working in or with the finance sector (banks, insurance, fintech).
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- English proficiency B2 or higher (required).
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Nice to Have
- Experience with API integrations or system architecture.
- Knowledge of SQL or basic scripting.
- Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Admin, Microsoft Dynamics Functional Consultant).
