We are looking for a CRM Creatio Developer to design and deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions on the Creatio platform. This role blends low-code/no-code configuration with custom development (.NET, JavaScript, SQL) to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service operations. You’ll work closely with stakeholders and IT teams to translate business needs into effective CRM solutions, optimize workflows, and ensure seamless system integrations.
responsibilities :
Deliver Creatio solutions using low-code/no-code tools and custom development.
Design workflows, dashboards, roles, and UI components.
Build and maintain business logic, integrations, and modules (.NET, JavaScript, SQL).
Gather and analyze requirements to create scalable CRM solutions.
Support integrations with ERP, middleware, and APIs.
Conduct audits, monitor data quality, and assist with upgrades and testing.
Write and execute unit and end-to-end tests.
Maintain technical documentation and contribute to architecture design.
Provide user training and promote feature adoption.
Share best practices and collaborate with vendors and partners.
requirements-expected :
3-5 years of proven experience in similiar role as a technical consultant/developer.
Deep understanding of Creatio platform architecture, frameworks, and customization capabilities.
Fluent English communication skills.
Proficiency in C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Angular, solid SQL and relational database skills.
Experience with low-code tools and integration methods (REST/SOAP).
Experience in implementing and support of integrations between Creatio and another systems, e.g. ERP or data warehouse.
Experience with conducted system audits, monitored data quality, and managed platform upgrades, technical documentation such as configuration guides and process flows.
Familiarity with CI/CD and testing strategies.
Collaborated with external vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality CRM solutions.
