responsibilities :


  • You design, document & monitor processes to fulfill business needs and goals of the business.
  • You work closely with the business managers and process owners in order to identify improvement as well as achieve standardization and simplification of the business processes.
  • You detect training needs, propose and conduct training sessions in a train-the-trainer model.
  • You support the organization in Change Management.
  • You act as a “Business Analyst” in the implementation of systems projects (mostly in SalesForce) in the Blueprint, Realization, Testing, Cutover and Hypercare phases.
  • You collaborate with key stakeholders to analyze and document business requirements. including business process flows being the bridge between the business requirements and the systems solutions.
  • You work together with the IT application manager to translate the business requirements in enhancements or projects and assign priorities.

requirements-expected :


  • You have an in-depth knowledge of the SalesForce CRM tool as key user. Knowledge of SAP SD module is a plus.
  • You have a master degree in business administration or equivalent through experience.
  • You can prove a minimum of 5 years experience in business process analysis.
  • You have experience with business processes in the domain of CRM and Sales Support processes.
  • You can prove change management skills related to the implementation of business processes.
  • You have training skills to conduct both classroom as remote training sessions.
  • You can work independently and can plan and manage your work within a “multi-tasking” environment.
  • You aim for a high level of quality.
  • You are highly motivated and eager to learn new skills.
  • You are fluent in English.
