What Were Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in a consulting or startup environment.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions on low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Creatio, n8n, Webcon, Power Automate, or similar).
- Proven ability to conduct business process analysis, map "as-is" and "to-be" workflows, and design scalable solutions.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, self-starter mindset.
- A Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.

- Training & Support: Empower clients by providing training and support to ensure they get the most out of their new solutions.
