As Service Delivery – Order to Cash Staff you will be responsible for end-to-end process on dedicated portfolio of customers.This role will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career. These responsibilities include some of the following:* Conduct regular financial risk assessment reviews of our strategic partners on dedicated markets* Support resolution of customer queries and maintain excellent business relations with our partners* Collaborate with internal departments - Customer Service, Finance stakeholders, reporting analysts, tax experts, compliance team, auditors and others* Support other streams within O2C structures with end-to-end process review and analysis* Participate in internal reporting of KPIs to the line manager## Basic Qualifications:We are looking for diligent, accountable agents, ready to develop their careers in finance world.If below applies to you, you might be the perfect match for us:* Very good communication skills* Focus on details and overall diligence at work* Basic knowledge of MS Excel* Fluency in English - B2/C1 level required## Preferred Qualifications:If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:* Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics* Knowledge of elementary accounting* Good time management skills* Knowledge of the end to end finance processInnovation and development are one of our core values.
