CRE Project Content Editor
Your responsibilities
- Review, edit and upgrade internal playbooks to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency (grammar, spelling, syntax, style) to align with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback
- Develop and launch comprehensive SharePoint site for CRE resources, onboarding and training
- Ensure all content is compliant with Brand guidelines and CRE tone and style
- Provide training and support to CRE staff on using the SharePoint site effectively
Our requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism or related field desirable
- Minimum two years’ experience in content editing and design
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Hands-on experience with MS Office, in particular, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Proven experience in content editing and management
- Creative experience including desktop publishing, graphic design tools
- Ability to engage with stakeholders
- Strong proficiency in SharePoint development and administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Social Media content development experience a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized and completes tasks in a timely manner

Equinix Corporate Real Estate (CRE) is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Content Editor and SharePoint Site Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and upgrading several substantial internal playbooks for the Corporate Real Estate organization and developing a SharePoint library and training site.
This is Fixed Term or B2B position for 6-month project.
