Requirements

• Previous experience in finance analysis and business partnering.
• Experience in mentoring and coaching, demonstrated managerial experience will be a plus.
• Proficiency in solving complex data challenges and improving reporting and analysis.
• Experience with analytics and business intelligence software (e.g., Power BI, SAP).
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analytical tools will be beneficial (e.g., SQL, Power BI).
• Finance or Business degree (or equivalent education).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of finance analysts overseeing analysis of diverse cost categories such as sales, operations, and capital expenses.
• Provide guidance in financial analysis, report creation, insight generation, and communication with stakeholders throughout the organization.
• Enhance data retrieval, analytics, and insight capabilities while supporting skill enhancement among team members.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and analytics efforts to optimize business outcomes and identify strategic opportunities and risks.
• Offer strategic guidance and decision-making based on strong expertise in accounting and business finance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes, standardize outputs, and improve overall data management practices.
