The EMEA Controller will play a key strategic role in managing the accounting activities for the EMEA Controllership team, with responsibility for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the company’s financial records and managing the company’s financial close processes. This includes maintaining accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements and tax compliance in accordance with US GAAP, local country Statutory Accounting and VAT reporting and compliance requirements for all EMEA entities. Accounting activities include overseeing financial statement preparation and analysis, journal entry and reconciliation review and approval, year-end audit preparation, statutory audit preparation and budget/forecast support. In addition, the EMEA Controller will work closely with the Global Business Services (GBS) team to ensure offshore activity is performed and reviewed in accordance with company policy.
