Responsibilities:

• Full lifecycle management of contracts (PSR, TPS, PO, invoicing) – primarily IBM Sapphire and IBM MVS agreements.
• Cost control, reconciliations, P&L analysis, forecasting, and budget allocations.
• Cooperation with IT, Finance, Procurement, and Risk departments to optimize external IT spend (~$3bn).
• Contract compliance verification with legal requirements, internal policies, and commercial models.
• Management of a team of 2 junior contract managers.
• Preparation of license position analyses (Effective License Position), quarterly declarations, and balance sheet reports.
• Leading governance meetings with suppliers and key internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in IT contract, cost, and financial analysis management (IBM knowledge preferred).
• Ability to analyze budgets, forecasts, OPEX control, and P&L.
• Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI; knowledge of procurement processes and tools (e.g., COUPA).
• Experience in team management and working in a global, matrixed environment.
• Understanding of IT global delivery models and vendor management practices.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
