Job Description

The Operations Business Line is seeking a specialist Contract Analyst responsible for the oversight of our contract review/management process with Third Party Vendors. You will be part of a collaborative and friendly team with a U.S. reporting line. This is an exciting opportunity as the team is now establishing their presence in the Warsaw office to enable them to work closely with our operations business line and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnering with Business Lines and Third-Party Vendors to facilitate the contract review process through various Bank stakeholders, including Risk, Finance, Legal, and Procurement.
  • Assisting in the review and response to contract redlines, managing negotiations and analyzing contractual documentation for issue remediation.
  • Ensuring all contracts are reposited accurately as well as reviewed annually within the Bank contracting system.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Five to seven years of experience in an applicable risk management/contract focused environment.
  • Applicable professional certifications, e.g. JD or MBA.

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Self-driven, with a high attention to detail.
  • Strong relationship management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time management, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • JD/legal experience.
  • Third party risk management experience.
  • Financial services, audit, and regulatory background.
  • Experience in Archer eGRC, Agiloft, and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent command of the English Language, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday between 2 PM to 10 PM and 3 PM to 11 PM.
  • The role offers a hybrid schedule, which means theres an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
  • Due to the late finishing time of the role, we can adopt some flexibility for the successful person to finish the working day from home, if this was to be a challenge.
