Obowiązki

  • Consumer Insights: Analyze consumer behavior and market trends to develop targeted activation strategies that align with brand goals.
  • Program Development: Design, execute, and manage consumer activation programs, including promotions, events, and digital campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand messaging.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align activation initiatives with overall brand strategies and objectives.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activation programs, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets for activation programs, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including agencies and retailers, to drive program success.
  • Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer preferences to continually refine and innovate activation strategies.

Oferujemy

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in consumer marketing, brand management, or related roles, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, as well as traditional marketing channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for consumer engagement and brand storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
