What we expect

• 5+ years in finance transformation with deep R2R process expertise.

• readiness to undertake regular business travels within Europe and beyond.

• practical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or Oracle. Familiarity with tools like Cadency, Blackline, ServiceNow, or Tradeshift is a strong plus.

• client-facing skills: proven ability to facilitate workshops (5+ participants), deliver presentations, and conduct training.

• exceptional ability to spot inefficiencies, document processes (flows, narratives, control frameworks), and recommend practical solutions.

• excellent English skills to simplify complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Your tasks

• assess current R2R processes to identify pain points and implement tech-enabled improvements.

• participate in and lead Target Operating Model (TOM) and Process Design workshops.

• support the rollout of major ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle) and specialized finance tools.

• conduct maturity assessments, benchmarking, and evaluate automation potential.

• contribute to Global Business Services (GBS) and Shared Service Center (SSC) initiatives.

• collaborate tightly with Subject Matter Experts and translate business needs into practical solutions.
