The PBS Consulting department focuses on every functional aspect of the SAP environment. Our role is to support the current business processes of our clients, their development, and optimization by proposing innovations using the latest SAP solutions. We also help our clients in the transformation to S/4HANA and in the integration of satellite systems. Our architects and senior consultants participate in the bidding process and the design of IT solutions for our customers.
responsibilities :
analyzing business cases from an IT perspective and preparing project studies;
modeling and configuring the Ivalua platform based on customer requirements, including the creation of standard and custom interfaces;
providing expert consulting to clients on the Ivalua eProcurement Cloud Solution;
preparing essential project documentation, including solution designs, business processes, and developer specifications;
maintaining regular communication and collaboration with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
requirements-expected :
3 years of professional experience in supporting cloud-based procurement solutions such as Ivalua (preferred), Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, or similar platforms;
strong understanding of procurement processes;
proficiency in either German or English, with excellent communication skills;
a university degree in a relevant field.
