We are looking for a Works Manager with the following qualifications to be assigned to our Mercedes project in Poland.
As for the skills and experience we are looking for:
- University degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in construction
- Fluency in Polish and English (spoken & written)
- Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant construction software
- Experience in steel structures (e.g., conveyor bridge) will be an advantage
Job Description:
- Lead and motivate construction teams and subcontractors on site
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and building regulations
- Plan and allocate resources (workforce, equipment, materials) to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Oversee daily operations, keeping accurate employee logs and site records
- Monitor project execution to ensure quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction
