An international organization in the field of e-commerce and marketing, looking for candidates for the Krakow SSC centre.
Responsibilities
- Create, deliver, standardise, and maintain total rewards (compensation and benefits) strategy, plans, policies, tools and structures to ensure alignment with company’s business strategy, competitiveness, cost-efficiency, and legal compliance
- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc)
- Use various methods and techniques and make data based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensations
- Participate in salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
- Differentiate pay systems to invest in the segments of workforce that contribute the most value
- Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports
Requirements and skills - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience within the Total Rewards/Compensation & Benefits area
- Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management
- Strong spoken and written English skills
- Global mindset and the ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Knowledge of Workday would be an advantage
