Community Manager
Your responsibilities
1. Employee Engagement & Experience:
•Designing and implementing employee
engagement initiatives to increase morale and overall job satisfaction.
•Conducting regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee sentiment and identify areas of improvement.
•Developing programs and activities that foster teamwork, recognition, and an inclusive workplace.
2. Culture Building:
•Collaborating with leadership to promote and reinforce company values and culture through all employee touchpoints.
•Aligning the workplace culture with the organization’s goals, to ensure a consistent and meaningful employee experience.
•Act as a champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the company.
3. Internal Communication:
•Monitoring employee sentiment and cooperating with Internal Communication Manager to create communication strategies that support a good working atmosphere and employee development.
4. Event Planning:
•Planning and coordinating internal events, such as team-building activities, social events, celebrations, and company meetings.
•Organizing employee recognition programs, including awards ceremonies, milestone celebrations, and other initiatives.
•Budgeting and managing logistics, and vendor coordination for events.
5. Conflict Resolution & Problem-Solving:
•In close cooperation with HR BP implementing programs that proactively address potential employee concerns and create a safe space for feedback
6. Metrics & Reporting:
•Tracking and reporting key employee engagement and culture metrics, providing actionable insights to leadership.
•Using data from employee feedback to continuously improve programs and culture initiatives.
