ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

• General supplier communication,
• Negotiations with suppliers, CBD analysis,
• Leading several suppliers, its portfolio and support for other departments in case of escalation,
• Creation of tenders, piloting suppliers’ strategy and long term agreements
• Purchasing data consolidation and analysis,
• Preparation of contracts with suppliers, Creation of order requisitions and Open Purchase Orders according to the valid procedures in the ERP system,
• Support in preparation of yearly budget,
• Support in improvement system introduction

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in the purchasing department,

• Higher education (technical, economic)

• English language skills required (fluency of communication)
• Experience with MRP system like, MFG Pro, BPCS, PLM, Brain
• Experience with working in international teams,
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products with proficiency in Excel
• Driving license (cat. B)
• Good communications and negotiations skills,
• Administrative accuracy,
• Good analytical skills as well as planning capabilities,
• Able to work remotely
• Experience of purchasing and technical knowledge of: plastics, tapes, foams and rubber is appreciated (not a must but nice to have)
