Commercial Planning Junior Manager

Help shape category strategies, elevate the 5Ps, and drive omni‑channel growth across some of the most dynamic FMCG categories in Poland. In this role, you’ll be the connective tissue between Category, Brand, and Customer teams—turning shopper insights into winning plans at shelf and online.

Why You?

You love to make a visible impact on category and brand performance watching sales numbers grow.

You have experience leading the Sales Growth Planning process and bring to life data‑driven 5P playbooks.

You would like to become a people manager and develop yourself as a mentor, coach and manager.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and coordinate the Sales Growth Planning process for Poland, aligning brand and customer strategies to deliver measurable results.
  • Own Category Management principles end‑to‑end with Customer Development to drive incremental category and company growth.
  • Identify and size category opportunities through market analysis (omni‑channel), fueling trade plans and accelerating sales.
  • Translate the activity grid into shopper‑centric actions; support flawless new product launches and track performance.
  • Co‑lead Joint Business Planning sessions and customer workshops for mutual growth.
  • Co‑manage sales conferences, head office events, and trade communications (e.g., newsletters) with the Customer Development team.
  • Manage and develop a direct report, coaching for performance and capability.
  • Use advanced information systems and analytical tools to inform decisions and recommendations.
  • Stay close to the market through store visits, customer meetings, and workshops; deliver compelling, insight‑led presentations to strategic partners.

What you’ll bring

  • University degree.
  • 3–4+ years of FMCG experience in Category Management, Trade/Shopper Marketing, or Sales.
  • Fluency in Polish and English.
  • Proven track record in customer presentations and business reviews.
  • Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills; strong Google Sheets proficiency.
  • Experience with relevant tools is a plus: NIQ, GfK/YouGov, and planogramming software.
  • Team player with the ability to prioritize and perform under pressure.

What you’ll love about this role

  • End‑to‑end ownership: from insight to activation and performance tracking.
  • Cross‑functional exposure: collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Shopper, and Finance.
  • Customer‑facing influence: shape joint plans and category roadmaps with top retailers.
  • Growth mindset: build leadership, analytics, and commercial planning capabilities.

If you’re passionate about turning data into action, activating the 5Ps, and creating win‑win growth for retailers and brands, we’d love to hear from you.
