Contract Oversight: Manage and oversee a comprehensive portfolio of existing contracts, ensuring strict adherence to terms and performance standards.
Documentation Management: Maintain and update a detailed contract register, tracking all contractual obligations, amendments, and milestones.
Compliance Monitoring: Proactively monitor and ensure counterparty compliance with all contract deliverables and milestones.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (legal, finance, project management) and external stakeholders (suppliers, government entities) to facilitate contractual negotiations and resolve disputes.
Operational Coordination: Coordinate and facilitate organizational activities related to Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and other commercial matters, ensuring operational excellence.
Cross-functional Support: Provide comprehensive support to colleagues across the organization, promoting a culture of flexibility and motivation towards the companys growth.
Financial Oversight: Manage income and expense tracking for projects in operation, optimizing financial performance and reporting. Handling commercial and some administrative issues of company such as:
- ensuring project budget monitoring, financial reporting and forecasting,
- liquidity planning and cash calls,
- coordinate and manage the year end closing process,
- preparation of financial statements in time,
- accompanying the annual audits of the annual financial statements,
- financial and asset accounting, payroll accounting,
- preparing balance sheets and profit/loss statements,
- handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings,
- reconcile accounts payable and receivable,
- coordination and processing of payments,
- ongoing contact to accompanying financial institutions / banks,
- billings with diverse third parties.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economy, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, contract management, or a similar role; experience within the power or renewables industry is strongly preferred and familiarity with energy trading, balancing mechanisms, or RES operations will be considered a strong asset.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret energy generation data and financial metrics.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (B2), German language is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, proactively, and as part of a flexible team.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence key decision-makers.
Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites.

Owned by the German Stadtwerke München GmbH, the company is part of a pan-European portfolio of renewable energy investments, alongside sister entities from Germany, the United Kingdom, and Sweden.
The windfarm has an installed capacity of 132 MW using 17x 3,3 MW and 22x 3,45 MW Vestas V126 turbines. We are looking for a systematic and communicative Overall purpose of the role:
As a commercial junior manager, you will be responsible for managing commercial, accounting, crossover commercial / technical challenges and analytics to optimize the operational and financial performance of the Wind Farm Jasna in Poland.
The task is to be an interface between the fields of law, technology, landowners and authorities. A profound knowledge of company accounting is also necessary.
Thus, the role will focus on the commercial, financial and legal oversight, meaning a 360° view on all major aspects of the wind farm Jasna.
