Responsibility

• Preparing financial reports and analyses (sales, costs, projects, incentive system).
• Providing analytical support for business units and participating in strategy development.
• Evaluating business models for new initiatives, including international projects.
• Collaborating with other departments to gather data and execute projects.
• Participating in budgeting process and development of reporting systems.
• Implementing new tools in sales controlling.
• Business analysis, KPI definition, and documentation of requirements.
• Supporting automation of processes and implementation of IT solutions in finance.

Wymagania i umiejętności

• Experience in controlling, financial analysis, or commercial finance.
• Higher education in economics or related field.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills (mandatory).
• Data handling and problem solving ability.
• Clear communication with business teams.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and willingness to collaborate across departments.

Mile Widziane

• Experience with data databases.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power Query, Power BI, or other analytical tools.
• Experience implementing reporting tools or process automation.
• Interest in international projects and development in Commercial Finance.
