All About The Role

The Advisors Research Center (ARC) responds to evolving customer needs for high-quality research support, with a focus on value realization through insights and recommendations. It is a global, research-oriented competency that partners with clients worldwide to:

  1. Deliver new research products and strategies efficiently.
  2. Leverage research assets to produce impactful outputs.

This role involves working closely with the ARC Europe Commercial Lead to:

  1. Serve as the go-to team/person for market research inquiries in Europe.
  2. Create compelling pitch decks and presentations aligned with client needs.
  3. Lead pitches to mid-senior stakeholders, sharing solutions and recommendations.
  4. Identify and initiate initiatives to improve efficiency.
  5. Create awareness of ARC capabilities and success stories.

All About You

  • Client-centric approach with experience in stakeholder management and solutions communication.
  • Proficiency in developing pitch decks and storytelling for client engagements.
  • Strong analytical skills for reporting and performance analysis.
  • 3-6 years’ experience in consultancy or market research handling customer success, business development, or commercial functions.

All About Your Education & Skills

  • Project management experience managing multiple projects.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Commercial acumen with a background in strategy development. Fluency in English required; additional languages desirable.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of project management tools preferred.
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experience.
