What we expect

• educational background,
• relevant professional experience in Accounts Receivables / Collections,
• previous experience leading a team,
• fluency in English and Spanish/Dutch/French or German,
• proven experience with continuous improvement and/or project management,
• proficiency in Microsoft Office Package,
• experience in process migration and centralization.

Your tasks

• ensure sound policies, processes, and controls around collections services,
• analyse accounts driving aging and provide appropriate action plans to reduce aging,
• partner with other departments to handle critical business decisions on collections,
• collaborate with internal teams to ensure end-to-end processes are running smoothly,
• team management activities,
• identify appropriate system enhancements, and participate in system testing,
• provide explanations and implement solutions to root cause problems,
• process improvements activities,
• effectively manage high-risk situations ,
• support the hiring and manage the on-boarding process of new team members.
