Job Title: Collections Manager I

Location: Warsaw, Poland (onsite)

Hours: 2pm – 10pm Local Time

Job Summary:

NCR Voyix is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Collections Manager I to join our Financial Operations Shared Services team in Poland. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the collections process, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding receivables, and maintaining strong relationships with our global customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a solid understanding of collections processes within a global framework.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collections Management: Oversee the collections process to ensure timely and effective recovery of outstanding receivables.
2. Customer Interaction: Communicate with global customers to resolve payment issues and disputes professionally and efficiently.
3. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze collections metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
4. Compliance: Ensure all collections activities adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
5. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance collections processes.
6. Reporting: Generate regular reports on collections performance and present findings to management.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as finance, sales, and customer service, to resolve issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable management, preferably within a global or multinational company.
3. Skills:
   • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
   • Proficiency in collections software and ERP systems.
   • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
   • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
   • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Language: Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
