ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

Responsibilities:

1. CNC Programming:

      - Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining operations using CAM software.

      - Independently program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce precision components.

2. Technical Expertise:

      - Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to create accurate and efficient CNC programs.

3. Quality Assurance:

      - Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure that manufactured components meet specified tolerances and quality standards.

      - Perform in-process inspections and make necessary program adjustments to maintain quality.

4. Problem Solving:

      - Identify and troubleshoot programming and machining issues independently.

      - Implement corrective actions to resolve production challenges and optimize processes.

5. Communication:

      - Collaborate with production and engineering teams to understand project requirements and ensure seamless execution.

      - Communicate effectively with colleagues and superiors to provide updates on project status and challenges.

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, GibbsCAM) and CNC machine operation.
• Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials.
• Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and blueprint reading.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills in English, B1.
• Driver’s license cat. B
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Programmer.
• Being able to provide photos of previous completed work is also a plus.

• Wage ranges between 600-700 Euro weekly depending on experience
• Accommodation type will be single room or studio (already paid)
• Work will be around Rotterdam
• Normal day shifts
