Our Partner is a leading company specializing in the production of medical implants, dedicated to improving the quality of life for patients worldwide. Their commitment to innovation and excellence has established us as a prominent player in the medical device industry. We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Engineer to join our Partner’s team in Skawina, Poland and contribute to the advancement of medical implant technologies.
CNC Engineer (Medical component)
Your responsibilities:
- Interpreting project drawings to determine part-specific requirements,
- Collaborating with engineering team for CNC program alignment with project needs,
- Setup CNC machines for production configuration,
- Ensuring precision and quality standards are maintained,
- Conducting test runs to verify CNC outputs meet specifications,
- Providing technical expertise in CNC machines, tooling, and fixture development,
- Troubleshooting and maintaince CNC machinery.
We require:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field,
- At least 3 years of experience in CNC program design and analysis for milling and turning,
- Experience in 5 Axis & Turning Programming, Hyper mill CAM tool and medical component is a must,
- Fluency in English,
- Proficiency in CNC programming,
- Strong knowledge of metal machining processes and engineering materials,
- Effective interpersonal skills for team collaboration,
- Problem-solving skills for technical issues,
- Familiarity with statistical tools and validation techniques.
