• Manage, support, and troubleshoot the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business, showcasing a dedication to ongoing improvement in system performance.

• Configure and manage user accounts, permissions, and licenses while demonstrating a passion for personal development through continuous learning of best practices.

• Implement security measures to protect sensitive data, embracing challenges as opportunities to thrive on continuous advancement in cybersecurity.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft 365 features and best practices, ensuring you are motivated to embrace new opportunities in technology.

• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry standards while fostering a culture of proactive skill enhancement.

Wymagania

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral), complemented by strong interpersonal skills.

• 3+ years of experience managing Microsoft 365 environments with strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services and features.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services and features with an experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business and scripting skills (PowerShell).

• Strong organizational, troubleshooting skills and time-management skills.

Oferujemy

• Assist with Microsoft 365 disaster recovery planning and testing.

• Knowledge of Microsoft System Center Family (SCCM/MECM, SCOM).
