Currently, we are looking for an experienced Cloud Network Administrator to join our team responsible for maintaining network infrastructure for a client in the maritime industry.
responsibilities :
Designing, implementing, and managing firewall policies to ensure high levels of security for the IT infrastructure
Monitoring security events and quickly responding to potential threats
Implementing and maintaining reverse proxy solutions such as BigIP and Netscaler
Managing the process of ordering, renewing, and installing SSL/TLS certificates
Designing and implementing networking solutions in Microsoft Azure, including integrating private endpoints, setting up VPN gateways, etc.
Configuring and optimizing networking within the AKS environment, including managing network connectivity external services, and implementing solutions like Cilium
Automating infrastructure deployment and management processes using tools such as Ansible and Terraform
Troubleshooting, quickly diagnosing, and resolving network-related issues, such as connectivity disruptions, firewall misconfigurations, etc.
Ensuring compliance with security standards and regulations regarding IT infrastructure management
requirements-expected :
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in managing enterprise-class network infrastructure
Ability to configure, monitor, and manage firewalls in production environments
Experience in setting up and maintaining reverse proxy solutions to optimize security, load balancing, and traffic management
Strong understanding of networking concepts within Microsoft Azure, including configuring and managing Virtual Networks (VNETs), VPN Gateways, Load Balancers, and Azure Firewall
Proficient in automating infrastructure management using tools such as Terraform or Bicep
Familiarity with networking configurations in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
Knowledge of IT security concepts
