responsibilities :
Daily maintenance of the existing Cloud Infrastructure deployed in AWS and Azure,
Handling platform ticketing queue in ServiceNow,
Actively support, troubleshooting and maintain Platform following best practices and security requirements,
Proactively seek for enhancements of existing infrastructure following best practices and security,
Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines in GitHub to ensure seamless integration and deployment processes,
Monitor and manage AWS infrastructure, ensuring performance, availability, and scalability,
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to GitHub workflows, Terraform deployments, AWS services.
requirements-expected :
You have an Information Technology degree or similar,
Familiarity with the ServiceNow ticketing system,
You are AWS certified or planning to be in the future,
You have proven work experience in leveraging cloud hosting and storage solutions in AWS,
You live “automation first” mindset developing and deploying infrastructure-as-code (IaC) concepts and templates within the AWS cloud environment using Github, CI/CD Github Actions and Terraform/CloudFormation,
Familiarity with software workflows automations is nice to have (GitHub Actions),
Fluent command in spoken and written English,
Minimum 1 year of experience in AWS (GCP, Azure will be a plus).
