The successful candidate will be part of a globally diverse monitoring tooling team that provides support around the clock to a large internal customer base. The candidate will be required to bolster the support duties for the monitoring tools currently provided, namely AppDynamics, Splunk and Datadog.
responsibilities :
Support the full system engineering life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, integration, test, documentation, implementation following defined best practices and operational workflows for both on-premises and AWS infrastructure.
Interact with end users to gather requirements to on-board new data sources and applications into all relevant monitoring tools, analysing the application & configuration data for anomalies / trends, building dashboards and general support enquiries.
Edit and maintain configuration files associated to the supporting tooling.
requirements-expected :
Extensive experience with Splunk or AppDynamics as an administrator/architect (ideally both).
Fluency in written and spoken English and being comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
Systematic problem-solving approach coupled with excellent communication skills, sense of ownership and drive.
Ability to debug, optimize code, automate routine tasks.
Knowledge of observability practices, automation, and orchestration.
